Well on my way to hitting my 13 miles/week mark in rebuilding mileage with my 2x 5 milers this week, only needed a 3 miler to get the mark, but of course, I come down with bronchitis a couple days after this run and do not meet my goal. So crappy, I can't even explain it. But there's this week now (a week later) where I'll be recovering and hoping to get that mark.
I just tell myself that I got sick to prevent hurting my body in other ways (ie Achilles) so it makes it all better....not really.
