What a great run.
I desperately needed to get back on my feet.
After a weekend of bad customers at work, I needed some serious exercise to work out the stress cobwebs in my brain and body. And it felt amazing - as I expected it would!
I have the goal in the back of my mind to maintain 1/2 marathon fitness and sign up for a 13.1 to run this winter. I just need to A) find a 13.1 and B) devise a training plan I will stick to, especially with it getting colder and darker, it makes it tougher to get in runs I otherwise would be able to.
Time to hit the calendar and see what I can do!
