HOT out, but still a great run!
I purposefully tried to keep a slower pace to recover from my insane 9:34 pace 7 miler on Sunday!
I did just that, finishing with a 10:44 pace. It felt good to just punch out a run, nice and easy.
No complaints. Saw a guy from MCPHS. "April"! he said as I whizzed by. Couldn't place who he was for the first lap around the pond. Second time, I remembered! Frank Laske from the Arts & Lit Club I head up in college...too funny.
