Figuring out the best way (if any) to get to the Arboretum without being run over by cars, impeded by pedestrians, or beaten down by the blazing sun and singing car exhaust. This route was NOT the greatest...
A very nasty route to the Arboretum, main roads, exhaust, sketchy people that get in my way. I wasn't impressed, and quite frankly a little bit scared about my prospects of running through Roslindale...
Very horrible run towards home on South Street and Cummins Highway. Note to self: avoid both of these streets, as well as Roslindale Village, like the plague! Slow people. Lots of people. Lots of traffic with disregard to runners. Lots of exhaust. Little shade from the sun. Yuck. A runner's worst nightmare.
