Notes
Most of the effort on this run came from the heat. It was blistering hot out!
Also, it was that time of the month AND I had already golfed 9 holes that morning...so I was pretty impressed with my ability, given the situation.
Ran a solid 8, felt great the whole time. No major complaints, had plenty of water and one Gu.
Not a bad pace for an 80 degree long run either....!
