Eew. My runs home from work always suck. I'm tired. I most likely haven't eaten enough food throughout the day.
My legs usually feel heavy. I'm probably dehydrated.
But, in the name of running, I do it anyways. Because I need to get my runs in and there's no other way to make it happen. And, after all, it's only 35 minutes out of my day, I can suck it up and push out the 3 and 1/2 miles. Even if it feels horrendous.
