Whew! The first 60+ degree day in a LONG TIME. Wow! It was so nice. The run wasn't horrible, but my energy level was way down. Didn't eat enough today before the run...only cereal and a banana for breakfast, pineapple and wheat thins for "lunch". Not good. A 4 mile run didn't really help my body feel good. But damn, I still held a sub-10 pace! Yay! Won't do the not-eating thing again though...didn't like it one bit but too stubborn to give up my run.
