Oh my gosh! It was in the mid 60's today! What a freak week of weather it's been! I couldn't believe it, but it was so nice. Felt strange to be so hot and sweaty again when running!
Mugsy came along. This was just a quick 4 miler simply to get out after the Tday feast. Felt wonderful.
Ran in my new Kayano 17's, breaking them in. Felt good. Nice to have some cushion under my feet again!
Didn't have the watch, so the time is just an estimate. I did use May My Run to get the real distance though.
