Hopped on the indoor track for 12x400 @ thresh and 4x400 @ interval. Every single split was dead on...40,80,40,80, etc. Number three started getting a little pain in my inside ankle bone protrusion area, and could feel it shooting up my tendon. I ignored it for a while and thought it would go away but it kept getting worse throughout the rep. Couldn't even finish rep 4. So I hopped on the bike and did 8x2:00 and 4x1:00 to finish it out. Probably xt tomorrow too to be safe.
