6:37, 6:33, 6:40, 6:32, 6:21, 6:36, 6:38, 6:35, 6:21, 6:24. planned on doing a progressive tempo, but I started way too fast so I just tried to stay consistent. struggled a bit through 7-9 but stayed strong. good workout for the half.
