first full mile in 11 weeks. My legs were tight and it felt forever in each repeat. By the end of the third repeat my right foot was cramping some and felt a little pain so I called it short .2 before the full mile. I'm sure that will come around as my muscles get stronger, but that was a lot like a long run so I probably will not do full miles more then once a week for awhile and go more for a gallowalk method for awhile.
