Dash for Dads.
Apparently this was a very stacked deck run. All the early starts are the slower ones that pad my time! I felt much stronger then spring half races but still not where I was. Around mile 10 my time dropped again but it wasn't an overall exhaustion until last mile which is so much better.
Was very steady in pace 9:45 average for first 9 or so miles then dropped steadily after that. Proud of how I went out smart and didn't push it too hard. Needed a race like this.
