5 reps of intervals per set. Did 3 sets. Level 12 with level 5 for rests.
It's was tough. Went in thinking I could do 30 -60 secs. Haha after 15 secs I was already spent. Really hard on the quads to keep up the speed (approx 105-110 rpm). Was a good sweat and as I didn't feel as overly worked as I do from a run I still felt like I got a good workout.
