Out in 58:13. I know my first two miles were 14 flat. Hamstring started to tighten up after awhile. Also, stopped after the halfway point to get water, but the door was locked, so I was screwed. took a gel though.

Great run, your training is impressive the last month. I must admit I'm a bit jealous as to how quick and strong you've bounced back - especially after my disaster of a race!

Thanks! I'm still a little tight in the hamstring, especially the longer I go, so it makes me nervous for chicago. I'm really trying to get this plantar fasciitis under control, luckily it stops hurting after about 2 miles, always aching the next morning though.
