woke up and eye was nearly swollen shut from a zit on my cheek. took the day off. took a shower and felt bumps on my back along with some tingly and burning sensation, went to the doc. turns out i may have shingles again, so i'm back on the meds. and my eye will be fine. but this run today, i had no energy at all.
