planned on taking it easy, but as soon as i hit the canal, i ran into jon little and blake bolden and jumped in on half of a canal loop tempo. felt like it was under a 6 min pace, either way it was tough. ran that for about a 1.5 miles, then veered off and met moody and brad at a much slower and relaxed pace. overall, i'm glad i was able to get 8 in. at mile 2, i almost went back home.
