Mizuno Wave - rider 16 (Yellow)
ran with brad, richard and kremer. twisted ankle didn't hurt too bad, ran quick towards the end when we picked up kremer, sub 7 at least. felt ok. massage therapist a couple hours later, back was tight, knots in legs.
