took 3 ibuprofen around 8am, iced throughout the day, compression. ran in boston racing shoes 1 mile, not as much pain as yesterday, i'd say 60% uncomfortableness, although i did put bengay on beforehand. Iced and slept in compression sock. 4 ibuprofen before bed.
Felt better thursday morning, still some tenderness.
