Notes

After finishing this run, I started having some pain behind my knee. The last five days of training have gone:

recovery + double,

LVE,

long run,

recovery again,

slow HVE,

and then this 35 minute recovery. And now I have pain even just walking around. I was going to do a 70 minute fartlek later, but maybe I won't run at all. I don't understand what I possibly could've done wrong here considering I'm way behind pace for my normal mileage. I hate summer so much. I guess I'll just have to play catchup in the colder months like I do every single year.

Oh yeah, and it's definitely confirmed that I lost my GPS watch, so I'll try to fill in missing stuff in my log from memory
