I meant to do a fartlek but it was humid again and I wanted to see if I could feel okay without my inhaler, and I couldn't. I guess 70% is still too high. Pace started normal but probably dropped to 7:45 or maybe slower by the end.
Hate it and don't like to think I need it, but at this point I guess I'll have to
