Notes
Started out at 45 and went up from there. Felt like around low 50's by the time I finished. Sunny and warm. Sometimes a cool breeze. Time is still but improving. All good but pulled muscle or something in middle right back. Road still flooded. Had to wade across 3 sections and hill walk another. Water slowly receeding. May take another 2 weeks before back where I can run road without stopping, like before.
