Ran this workout as a solo effort. Ran 2 mile WU(9:02 and 8:18). 800 x 6 w/quarter mile walk/jog recovery. Splits for the repeats and recovery time: 3:35/2:32;3:32/2:35;3:34/2:48;3:30/2:57;3:30/2:52;3:31;3:00. Decided to stop at 6 repeats then cooled down/recovery jog for additional 1.50(4:19 and 8:46). Pleased with the workout. Splits were faster and more controlled this week compared to last weeks 800s and the recovery was shorter. I would like to get to where i could complete 8 to 10 of these 800's and maintain the pace in a controlled fashion.
