Nice easy run in KC. Ran most of the run(5miles) with Dave Hatton then added on solo for 2 miles to get an hour long run at easy effort. It was hot but manageable. Suppose to b another hot one tomorrow. Will have to wait and c what the weather holds to determine what workout i'll run
