Recovery run for the first few miles @ a comfortable effort then picked up the pace to an easy effort for miles 4 thru 6 then when i crossed Patrick St. Bridge and headed up MacCorkle Ave from miles 7-11 I ran a cutdown effort but still keeping it @ a moderate aerobic effort. The legs felt surprisingly well for the entire run which shocked me for the day after an interval session. Splits from 7-11: 8:35, 8:23, 8:12, 8:13, and 8:02. I must have mixed miles 9 and 10 up on the cut down progression, but who cares. Plan to run my LR tomorrow in addition to this one. I may cut back on the mileage though after this one, but i'll wait and c how i feel tomorrow.
