Notes

Ran from UC with the TTC but ran most of the WU with Glenn B., and Jeff Chaffin(i think that was his last name from what i gather). Glenn did a 1 mile WU into mile repeats, and Jeff was in the middle of a 20 miler looking for company, and i thought some company would b good to because i was feeling really flat tonight probably from the 800's on Tuesday. I was wanting to run 4 miles at 7:45 to 7:50 pace and i was near that range but i felt flat and like crap from the get go. I had some stomach issues going on but i did'nt want to completely throw in the tile on some quality running. Jeff and i were talking and i told him i was flat but still tried to pick the pace up but it was difficult. I think the the humidity was high because I could feel the sweat beading up all over my body but no cooling effect was there and when that happens i start losing too much fluids and the effort starts to diminish. I cut the the tempo back from 4 to 3 miles and thanked Jeff for the company as he went ahead solo. I had to walk off the abdominal problems then i finished easy on my own w/a 3 mile CD(26:04). Splits for the 3 mile tempo @ a faster pace but still a manageable aerobic effort(85% of max HRR): 7:49, 7:56, and 7:50. I don't know what happened today though. The resting HR this morning was @ a all time low of 44 bpm and i ran really easy to let the legs b fresh but did not happen on this run. Have to wait and c how things tomorrow.
