Great group out tonight for the Christmas lights run. I had the opportunity to run with a handful of runners at different points of the run tonight. I could definitely feel last night's speedwork in my legs going up the hill, but then it felt pretty easy cruising down the hill and taking in the lights and even on the flats it was a brisk but fun pace to b running. I debated on adding on for a few more miles, but then reconsidered and kept it as a recovery day, and hopefully will b rewarded tomorrow for my decision to take it easy today.
