Notes
I felt better today, but had a really frustrating day at work. Had to run later than normal, but i was glad to get out there and plod along the roads. Started off a little quicker for the first mile but i got the effort right by the 2nd mile and thereafter i was gradually able to cut the miles down along with some pickups/strideouts in the 5th mile which felt pretty good to cut loose a little. I am planning on either speedwork or some tempo work tomorrow night if things go well. Splits for this run:8:31,9:13,9:09,8:57,7:58,8:25,and 8:27.
