Felt really good on this one. I gave priority to recovering yesterday after the LR, and it paid off today. I did have just a little bit of plantar fascitis that was fine after stretching and using the foam roller then a lacrosse ball i picked up yesterday for trigger point release when needed. So i started off slow and kept the effort real easy(used the HR monitor.Resting HR this morning was 50.) and progressively loosened up and the speed picked up.
