Notes
Weather was still hot and humid tonight but nowhere near as miserable as last night! Crazy hectic day to conclude a crazy hectic week w/a sick bably in the house(U parents know what that means) but i arived late at UC just after 5 o'clock(enough time to cut across the yard behing the pharmacy building) to catch up and take off with the TTC. Ran the first 2.5 or so with Ashley(who got things a rolling pretty good pace wise) which was a good thing because my rolling button was impaired today then she returned back and i turned to the right to hit the end of KC and get that 7 or 8 miles i was looking for. I kind of slowed things down after speedy left me to keep this one at a recovery effort b4 jumping into a hectic weekend. So i finished the run out with no unexpected surprises. The legs were a little tired at the end and afterwards this evening. I think it has more to do with the conditions than the physical wear down of the mileage. Really pleased with how this week is shaping up.
