Nice and easy run w/Ashley,Jeff,and Roxanne. Kept it in the shade and it was still pretty hot. Started off the day feeling really weak,sore, and had nausea, but improved as the day progressed. Kept it short w/6 miles to c how the body would tolerate.Splits:9:15,8:38,8:52,8:42,8:27,and 8:12.
