Was debating doing speed work tonight, but with everything going on with moving right now decided that i was not physically or mentally ready to run a hard workout, i decided another easy recovery effort was what i needed. Kept the effort very easy @ a true recovery effort(65 to 67% of max HRR) and felt better afterwards. Very busy schedule with moving for the next 3 days. Took off work for the rest of this week to focus on the move.
