Notes

Wanted to try for 13 to get my mileage total to 400 for the year. Fell 3 short as I just couldn't get the legs to want to keep moving and was getting light headed from not eating enough prior to my 2nd run. Will have to take better care of nutrition as I get into higher mileage single runs starting next month.
