Notes

A wee bit hot and humid for this one. Met Katie to run the Red, White and Boom course with a plan of tacking on 4 more, but the heat got to her at 13. Decided to run 7 more miles to get to an even 20, then home to drink about three gallons of water eat some salty food. Probably lost 8 pounds sweating today.
