I ran on the track, using the 200 meter mark for reference, then finishing each 40 second piece at that pace.
First set: 35s (8:45 pace)
Second: 32-33 (4:20)
Third: 37-38 (15:30)
Fourth: 35-36 (8:52)
Fifth: 32-33 (4:20
Sixth: 38 (15:50)
For the rest, I finished the lap, but I always got there early (before 1:40) so, I ran a bit extra each time. I'd guess it was just under 8:00 pace.
