Oh man I was struggling at the end. It probably was a little faster than this. Thanks to DanO for not leaving me behind. I don't think we slowed down too much. I was just working harder than I wanted to. We followed a guy in his mid twenties for a while today. He was really moving. And we ran by what looked to be a portion of college team. It's weird: there are probably less than ten people faster than me in Fairfield. Not the case in New York. I think that's pretty cool. The heat was a factor on the run today.
