The heat is a killer man! Got through the run but residual fatigue from the workout and weight lifting, plus it being like 85 degrees made it a bit of a slog. Looking forward to taking easier days the next two to recover up ahead of the long run + race this weekend.
Also running without socks is stupid when it's super hot and the shoes get drenched with sweat, my feet are sliced up, bandaids all over.
