Rainy day but made it out to the track for some 1ks, wanted to do 5-6x1k w/ 600m jogged rest, ended up doing 5x1k as I was flagging by the end. I clearly have some work to do to rebuild fitness here, but overall not a horrific workout or anything. Also made it out to the gym after so very full day of training. Had 3'30 a piece in mind and it ended up being a bit of a stretch but not too outrageous. The one thing I want to work on at this point in the training plan is to stop looking @ the watch during the workout and just let it capture the splits. Need to allow a bit more autoregulation on these sorts of things.
