Shocked at how good I felt today! Looking forward to tackling week #2 of this training plan. Putting an eye on the Fairfield races next weekend already.

Also decided to fuck with my arm carriage, I think I have been crossing over my torso too much so focusing on linearizing the motion a bit. Will see how this does.
