Last run in phase 2! Was a bit hesitant going into the run because of yesterday's tempo but felt pretty great on it. Happy with the effort, felt loose and good getting the miles done. Long runs are always interesting because the novel distance gets the legs a bit sore over the last bit, but anyway, day done, Phase 2 done, on to phase 3 and the real teeth of the training, lets get it.
