Threshold run today, 4mi straight up to close out the last workout in Phase II! Target was sub 7min/mi pace, I was feeling a bit rough in the first mile but really opened up miles 2-4. Splits were fast enough I had to check the HR data afterwards but it was like 80% in Zone 4 so just a good run. Nice cool weather contributes I think, was a hair under 65.
