Definitely feeling some cumulative fatigue, and with 17 of the last 21 week over 50 miles I think it's time for a well earned down week to overlap with vacation. So I'm going to not worry about volume or speed for the next few days and just R-E-L-A-X, rest up, and get ready to start up marathon training!!!
