Another waiting day, so we went out for an early morning run again, this time in the other direction along the canal, from Furness Vale to the Navigation at Bugsworth. Around 3 Km each way, and we just managed to avoid the rain. Nice and gentle run at Tracy's pace, with a pick up for me over the last couple of hundred metres - easy run.
