Extended the run to Parque Dominico by completing two laps there. However, the temperature was so hot on the way back that i had to walk, at risk of Heat Stroke. It was 30 degrees when I started, and when I had got home, at 9.30 AM, it was up to 35. By lunch time, the temps had hit 40 degrees. Storms are forecast for tomorrow, so lets hope the temps will drop back to a more reasonable level.
