Well, after the success of the Hash Run, I ventured out for a short run, to get things going. I managed to run from the
house, out O'Higgins to Belgrano, and then along to Block 3100 before re-tracing my steps back. No reaction from teh foot, but my chest was straining, even at sich a low speed - But at least I got back out running. And the great thing is, the diet is starting to show positive signs as the weight is back to around 94 Kgs.
