As ever, Strava can never work out my treadmill sessions. Todays run consisted of a 400m warm up at 6 kph, then 10 x 300m at 10kph (6 min pace), with 100m between each at 6kph, with a 600m cool down at 6kph.
The running part took 28 minutes for the 4km session, tacking on the warm up and cool down, a good 5km workout.
Felt comfortable at the pace, so next interval session will be 8 x 400m at the same pace to keep on track.
