Notes

Good session tonight on the Treadmill. Steady warm up of 2 Km at 10.2kph, followed by 4 x 1 Km at 4:48 pace (12.5kph), with 500m recovery, and a further couple of km's cool down. The pace was fine, and could certainly have gone faster, but the build back has to be progressive, not risky by trying to do too much, too soon.
