Interval work resumed at the gym, with a 2 Km warm up at 10.5 kph, followed by 4 x 500m at 13 kph (4:36 pace) with 200m recovery, and a final cool down 1 Km at 10.5 to complete the 6K. First time using the Garmin to record a treadmill run.
