As the leg was still tight this morning, i decided to wait until mid-afternoon to have a light run in the heat, in an attempt to acclimatise. Ran an easy jog down to the plaza and did 4 x 250 in 1:27, 1:23, 1:19 and 1:20, before a 4 minute plus warm down jog home... Nice and easy, short run in high temperatures. leg is a worry as it needs rest, but I need to be running regularly.
