The last 8 months have been very tough with my recovery from surgery. Managed a few little runs in the summer, but was still having problems, and had to stop again. very frustrating. Having been out cheering last Sunday at DCM40 (Dublin City Marathon), and seeing all my friends out there, I am determined to line up in 2020 at the 41st running of DCM, along with many other races along the way. So, as in all good stories, the journey begins (again) with those first few steps, and here they are
