Met up with Anuj and BU footbridge. Original intention was a tempo run, but footing too iffy for that. Turned into more of a fartlek run; tried to tempo where we could. Really strong headwind on the Cambridge side. Ended up being a tough run because I had to work harder than normal, even though the heart rate really didn't reflect the effort level.
